NCIE partners with governments and communities to design and deliver culturally responsive programs, policies, and services. With deep experience in emergency response, public policy consultation, and Indigenous-led facilitation, we ensure Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices are central to all engagement activities.

Our services include:

• Stakeholder Mapping and Facilitation – Identifying and engaging key community stakeholders, Elders, and leaders to inform decision-making.

• Policy Co-Design and Consultation – Facilitating inclusive dialogue between governments and communities to shape policies that reflect lived experiences.

• Community Recovery and Resilience Projects – Supporting place-based strategies during natural disasters and transitions, including our work in Cyclone Jasper recovery.

• Program Development and Evaluation – Designing, implementing, and reviewing community-based programs that deliver measurable outcomes.

• Communication and Engagement Strategy – Crafting culturally sensitive messaging and outreach plans to build trust and transparency.
